DWIs

* Tosha A. Fry, 23, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Anthony C. Tucker, 39, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Erica D. Powers, age not given, of Evondale, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and striking a parked vehicle.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while license suspended.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* Madeline S. Moore, 19, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Ernest L. Greenwood, 59, of Mounds, Ill., received a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.

* Terry D. Pierce, 57, 626 Broadway, received a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Hope M. Hamil, 40, 823 Pacific St., was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court.

* Janisha A. Alexander, 25, 921 William St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree domestic assault.

* Robert S. Stegall, 28, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant for passing bad checks.

* Monica Van Brown, 38, 333 N. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of robbery and burglary.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a runaway.

* Three boys, ages not given, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Anne M. Moore, 24, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for stealing under $500.

* Three subjects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Summons

* Melissa A. Lane, 25, 2842 Independence St., was issued a summons for introducing contraband in the city jail.

* Vineeth Raveendranath, 25, 333 N. Frederick St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

* A subject, not identified, received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* First-degree assault was reported at the intersection of Bloomfield Road and South Hanover Street.

* A Nintendo DS was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

DWI

* Richard L. Jackson, 23, of Fruitland was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Arrests

* Clinton J. Reynolds, 20, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for two counts of stealing.

* Zadrin D. Nunley, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of armed criminal action, domestic assault, unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Douglas J. Barsh, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for being a visibly intoxicated minor.
