The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Rachel E. Burchyett, 25, 1846 Neimann St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no tail light.

Arrests

* Dereke D. Tipler, 31, 308 W. Lorimier St., No. 302C, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Robert J. Haynes, 22, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Michael W. Ramos, 39, of 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 64, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Jondre M. Grant, 21, 319 Hart St., was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child and stealing.

* Kelly N. Blankenship, 26, of Jackson was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for twice failing to appear and probation violation.

* Alberto V. Winfield, 31, 120 N. Park St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for seat-belt violation and improper turn.

* Steven R. Johnson, 29, 2823 Luce St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and trespassing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of violation of an order of protection.

* Levi R. Elledge, 35, 416 N. Frederick St., rear, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport and on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Keith J. Aurello, 37, 416 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* James Thomas Wilson, 30, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

* Larry Marsh, 36, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Michael W. Bell, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Karen M. Burger, no age given, of Oran, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Austin M. Lacy, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for running a red light.

Assault

* Domestic assault and child abuse were reported.

Thefts

* A Wii, controllers and games were reported stolen at 612 S. Ellis St.

* Money was reported stolen at 703 Broadway.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1111 Linden St.

Property damage

* A damaged passenger-side mirror was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported.

* Request for service was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
