  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

  • Lauren E. Powderly, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failing to drive on the right side of the roadway.
  • Joda L. Sticht, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failing to drive on the right side of the roadway and having no insurance.
