The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Reginald S. Foote, 34, 1126 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Deandre M. Tipler, 23, 476 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and seat-belt violation and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no insurance and prohibited acts.
* Dietrich M. Hughes, 41, 415 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
* Brandon L. Campbell, 33, 102 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for unlicensed vehicle.
* Dianna P. Pummill, 25, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraud.
* Joseph D. Easley, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and on a Marble Hill, Missouri, warrant for failure to obey judge.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Lucinda Sue Sartin, 51, 510 Fountain St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Avery Centil Whitney, 23, 426 Frederick St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
* William Webb, 39, of Steele, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Jondre Marco Grant, 21, 319 Hart Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.
* Ryan Neal Curey, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Jason S. Metheny, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
* Kenetha R. Beal, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* A trailer latch was damaged and tools were stolen at 5828 Langholm Road.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1920 Whitener St.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported liquor, clothing, a computer, a television and a home theater were stolen.
* Wood & Houston Bank, 111 S. Broadview St., reported stealing.
* A 48-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Peace disturbance was reported.
* Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported failure to return rental property -- furniture, washer, dryer and computer.
* Assist other agency was reported.
* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
