* Jack Mandeville, 45, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with no taillights.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.
* Heather N. Huffman, 25, 605 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine.
* Bradley S. Lucas, no age given, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Lot 29, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
* Amanda L. Stahly, 32, 212 Cloverdale Ranch Road, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Alberto V. Winfield, 30, 120 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of marijuana.
* Anastacia M. Carter, 20, of Campbell, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Patrick Joseph Nissen, 48, 1230 Sailer Circle, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Anthony J. Mackins, 28, 24 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while revoked.
* Takara T. Martin, 35, 516 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 42, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.
* Cheryl L. Deberry, 44, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Nicholas N. Heid, 23, 1825 Montgomery St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a red light violation and failure to appear for failure to wear protective head gear on a motorcycle.
* Jeremy W. Birk, no age given, 2574 Magnolia Ave., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Yvonne R. Garza, no age given, 406 North St., was issued a summons for stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
* Joao F. Santos, 23, 1619 Whitener St., was issued a summons for loud music.
* Paula R. Wagnor, no age give, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for leaving the scene.
* Christina M. Manes, no age given, of New Madrid, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
* Francis W. Ramsey, no age given, 3034 Themis St., Apt. 4, was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.
* Assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
* Burglary and theft were reported at 1013 N. Middle St.
* A suspect was taken into custody for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3430 William St.

* A refrigerator was reported stolen at Metro Business College, 1732 N. Kingshighway.

* A clarinet was reported stolen at 732 N. Sunset Blvd.
* A trash can was reported damaged at West End Boulevard and Broadway.
* A shed was reported damaged at Parkview State School, 1020 Parkway Drive.
* Protective custody was reported at 546 S. Sprigg St.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
