DWI

* Joseph E. Smith, 26, 240 S. Benton St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and possession of marijuana.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending charges of stealing, making a false declaration and resisting arrest.

* Justin G. Blackmon, 30, 1514 Scott St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling a controlled substance.

* Amber N. Pigg, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for stealing.

Summonses

* Daniel A. Mory, 21, of Eureka, Mo., received a summons for indecent exposure.

* Jacob D. Greaton, 23, 233 N. Ellis St., received a summons for indecent exposure.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and assault were reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Lawn equipment was reported stolen at 224 N. Lorimier St.
