The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Joseph E. Smith, 26, 240 S. Benton St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and possession of marijuana.
* A subject was in custody pending charges of stealing, making a false declaration and resisting arrest.
* Justin G. Blackmon, 30, 1514 Scott St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling a controlled substance.
* Amber N. Pigg, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for stealing.
* Daniel A. Mory, 21, of Eureka, Mo., received a summons for indecent exposure.
* Jacob D. Greaton, 23, 233 N. Ellis St., received a summons for indecent exposure.
* Domestic assault and assault were reported.
* An assault was reported.
* Lawn equipment was reported stolen at 224 N. Lorimier St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* A handbag was reported stolen at Capaha Park.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 1238 Meadowbrook Lane.
* A Pioneer stereo was reported stolen at 1821 Good Hope St.
* A laptop was reported stolen at 811 Broadway.
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported gasoline stolen.
* A trash can was reported stolen at 1000 N. Middle St.
* Cigarettes and change were reported stolen at 449 S. Louisiana Ave.
* A TV was reported stolen at 541 S. Ellis St.
* A 58-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Child endangerment was reported.
* Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.
* Child abuse was reported.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* A peace disturbance, harassment and trespassing were reported.
