Arrests

• Amanda M. Lockhart, 28, 115 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• Dillion S. Lofgren, 24, of Gison, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Joda L. Sticht, 39, 282 D. St. Lot 95, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to drive on the right half of the road.
• John R. Mitchell III, 34, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probabtion violation and resisting arrest.
• Eva L. Sanders, 48, 622 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Shreveport, Louisiana, warrant for aggravated assault.
• James W. Pruitt, 36, 1300 Delwin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
• Terry G. Heins, 67, 1403 Bertling St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
