The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Michael L. Joyner, 59, 1335 Amblewood Drive, No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated-drug intoxication.
* Dalton J. Wilson, 21, 139 Garnet Lane, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Justin L. Pinkerton, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Mareeka J. Pullen, 21, 639 S. Spring Ave., Apt. G, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Brandon J. Martin, 20, of Dexter, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Dylan M. Roth, 19, of De Soto, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Thomas H. Fowler, 20, 2147 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and violating a city park curfew.
* Alena C. Medrano, 17, was arrested on suspicion of damaging a driver's window at Water Street and Broadway.
* Zachary D. Stotts, no age given, of Oran, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely.
* Justin T. Elias, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a nuisance party at 1527 New Madrid St.
* Demichael M. Jackson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a nuisance party at 1527 New Madrid St.
* Ryan E. Moore, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons a for nuisance party at 1527 New Madrid St.
* Michale P. Cyliax, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a nuisance party at 830 N. Fountain St.
* Papers and identification cards were reported stolen at 3006 Wisteria Drive.
* Cape United Auto, 1105 Independence St., reported a 1989 brown Buick Century stolen.
* A 10-speed mountain bike was reported stolen at 919 Walnut St.
* Dirt Cheap, 420 S. Kingshighway, reported alcohol stolen.
* The passenger door and driver's door were reported damaged at 107 N. Main St.
* A nuisance party was reported.
The Department of Public Safety released the following item.
* Stealing and tampering with an A-frame sign was reported at Henderson Avenue and Broadway.
