The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lattie Andrew Clark, 53, 537 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Chippewa County, Minn., warrant for failure to appear for driving while under the influence.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for suspicion of domestic assault.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* An iPad, laptop, Xbox and iPod were reported stolen at 1521 N. Henderson Ave.

* Damage to a door and a PlayStation 3 game system, controllers, video games and a diamond ring were reported stolen at 1206 Big Bend Road.

* A television was reported stolen at 1525 Good Hope St.

* Damage to a door and shoes, a laptop, television and perfume were reported stolen at 525 S. Ellis St.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* A door was reported spray painted at 16 N. Spanish St.

* A door was reported spray painted at 19 N. Spanish St.

Miscellaneous

* A 28-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Emily K. Homman, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Coire D. Michael, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Antoine Z. Austin, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Michael H. Stroder, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle.
