CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

DWI

• Nicholas X. Lagroone, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at Broadway and North Middle Street.
• Kyle M. Fahnestock, 22, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at Broadway and North Middle Street.
• Elizabeth L. Bernard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at North Frederick and Themis streets.

Arrest

• A suspect was in custody pending charges of second-degree domestic assault.

Summonses

• Alexis G. Ross, 19, of Cordova, Tennessee, was issued summonses for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at North Frederick Street and Broadway.
• Russell L. Sims, 56, of Vienna, Illinois, was issued a summons for stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.
• Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary and second-degree stealing were reported at 1107 N. Fountain St.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at 1717 Montgomery St.
• Theft was reported at 310 W. Kingshighway.
• Theft was reported at South Sprigg Street and Cape Rock Drive.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 1213 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 7 Village Drive.
• Property damage was reported at 1934 Longview Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Protective custody was reported.
• Protective custody was reported in the Main Street parking lot.
• Request for service was reported at 38 N. Henderson Ave.
• Request for service was reported.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported at Independence Street and North Kingshighway.
