  • Nicholas X. Lagroone, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at Broadway and North Middle Street.
  • Kyle M. Fahnestock, 22, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at Broadway and North Middle Street.
  • Elizabeth L. Bernard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at North Frederick and Themis streets.

Arrest

  • A suspect was in custody pending charges of second-degree domestic assault.

Summonses

  • Alexis G. Ross, 19, of Cordova, Tennessee, was issued summonses for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at North Frederick Street and Broadway.
  • Russell L. Sims, 56, of Vienna, Illinois, was issued a summons for stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
