The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Christopher John Crawford, 17, 735 William St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Assault

* Assault, property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Burglaries

* A cellphone, charger and medication were reported stolen at 103 Clark Ave.

* A door was reported damaged at 1224 Jefferson Ave.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* A television was reported stolen at 228 Merriwether St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* Medication was reported stolen from the Life Care Center, 2852 Independence St.

* Credit cards and medication were reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1315 Jefferson Ave.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1015 Bloomfield St.

Miscellaneous

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.

* An 87-year-old man was reported missing and later returned home.

* Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported.

* Statutory rape was reported.

* Resisting arrest was reported.

* A 35-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
