The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cody A. Shinabargar, 17, 1525 Rand St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Jammie N. Montgomery, 20, 321 Dearmont Circle, No. 112, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Erika D. Lane, 20, 321 Dearmont Circle, No. 218, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Donald R. Hobeck, 25, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Gabriel W. Cox, 18, 1417 Elfrink St. was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failing to pay fines for speeding and received a summons for a nuisance party.

* Jondre M. Grant, 18, 601 Minnesota Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation, failure to appear for assault and failure to appear for an lawful use of weapon.

* Markeisha J. Franklin, 22, 360 Dearmont Circle, No. 104, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Aysha Akhter, 23, 714 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Two boys, ages 14 and 16, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary.

* A subject was placed in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Subjects were placed in custody pending charges on suspicion of stealing, resisting arrest, drug trafficking, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without obtaining a new driver's license after being revoked.

Summonses

* Alicia A. Rhodes, 31, of Glenallen, Mo., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Corey L. Brown, no age given, of Hernando, Miss., received a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Dustin L. McAlister, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Jennifer L. Koeller, no age given, of Sedgewickville, Mo., received a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Robert F. Penny, 20, 1417 Elfrink St., received a summons for a nuisance party.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Rape was reported.

Robbery

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported.

Burglary

* A television was reported stolen at 338 E. Cape Rock Drive.

Theft

* An iPod was reported stolen and property damage was reported at 1005 N. Middle St.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported forged checks.
