* Nichole M. Kirk, 25, 1602 Mississippi St., was arrested on a Wayne County warrant for fraud and on suspicion of stealing.
* Tracey Renee Adams, 18, 910 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
* Melanie Exeter Marshall, 46, 906 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of phone harassment.
* Ryan Lee Welch, 25, 1005 N. Middle St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Matthew Neal Brady, 25, 1008 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Brady Huston Cramer, 19, 63 Sena Fawn Drive, received a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Derek Drew Renshaw, 20, 622 Broadway, received a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Demetius Anthony-Lee Willis, 21, 1927 N. Kingshighway, received a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Super 8, 2011 N. Kingshighway, reported a TV remote and towel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1112 Linden St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 1 E. Cape Rock Drive.
* A window was reported broken at 121 East Rodney Drive.
* A vehicle's window was reported broken at 616 Emerald St.
* A vehicle's window was reported damaged at 453 S. Louisiana Ave.
* Bob Evans, 156 Vantage Drive, reported money stolen.
* A 25-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 28-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 27-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 45-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* Two girls, 11 and 13, were cited for a curfew violation.
* A 10-year-old boy was reported beyond parental control.
* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Trespassing was reported.
