* Nichole M. Kirk, 25, 1602 Mississippi St., was arrested on a Wayne County warrant for fraud and on suspicion of stealing.

* Tracey Renee Adams, 18, 910 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Melanie Exeter Marshall, 46, 906 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of phone harassment.

Summonses

* Ryan Lee Welch, 25, 1005 N. Middle St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Matthew Neal Brady, 25, 1008 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Brady Huston Cramer, 19, 63 Sena Fawn Drive, received a summons for a peace disturbance.
