CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Galen L. Osborne, 25, 1964 Big Bend Road, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for traffic violations.
• Alixes M. Dugger, 23, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a potted plant at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
• Thomas B. McCall, 43, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of property damage to a window at 228 S. Ellis St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia at 45 S. West End Blvd.
• Krystal L. Koehler, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• Vetress N. Dickson, 31, 616 S. Benton St., was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no proof of insurance, a suspended operator's license (two warrants), a seat-belt violation and improper registration.
• Antonio L. Long, 26, 234 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked and a probation violation for possession of marijuana.
• Callie M. Robinson, 30, 921 William St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
• Melissa K. Barks, 40, 203 Oak Lane Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Timothy L. White, 26, 1964 Perryville Road, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for a parole violation for possession of a controlled substance.
• Cecil M. Jenkins, 45, 329 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for careful, prudent operation required.
• Francine M.J. Ford, 35, 411 Fitzgerald Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for a peace disturbance.
• David A. Fee, 29, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Amanda M. Price, 28, 128 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Evertt P. Way II, 40, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked, no headlights, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
• Cherie E. Dobbs, 32, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
• Samantha N. King, 33, of Jackson was issued a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for dangerous drugs.
• Hope M. Hamil, 44, 2740 County Road 645, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
• Gregory L. Avery, 36, 1217 N. Water St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Justin L. Pinkerton, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Mathew J. Dixon, 32, 1558 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a peace disturbance.
