* Dinah Wyatt, no age given, 1929 Delwin St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for failure to pay a fine.

* David Rains, no age given, 1652 N. Main St., was arrested on a warrant for felony assault.

Summonses

* Michael Willis, no age given, of O'Fallon, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Autumn Woods, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Tommy Tipler, no age given, 815 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for third-degree assault.

* Brian Harris, no age given, 322 S. Middle St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Niel Urhahn, no age given, 3033 Boutin Drive, and Chassidy Valenti, no age given, 1109 Hidden Valley Drive, were issued summonses for stealing.

* Dana Phillips, no age given, no address given, was issued a summons for assault.

Arrests

* Rickey L. Nanney, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing a motor vehicle.

* Mitchell R. Woods, 22, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of less of marijuana.

* Landon D. Tankersley, 29, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation, a Wayne County warrant for passing a bad check, a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for careless and imprudent driving.
