  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of robbery and unlawful use of a weapon at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • Lisa M. Blair, 26, 20 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Savanah G. Ray-Labrot, 26, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

  • Andrew B. Lack, no age given, of Kennett, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Stephanie L. Walker, no age given, of Harrisburg, Illinois, was issued a summons for following too closely.

Thefts

  • Two air-conditioning units were stolen at Hendrickson Business Advisors, 715 Clark Ave.
  • Clothing and paperwork were reported stolen.
  • A ring was reported stolen at 603 Mechaw Drive.
  • Miscellaneous clothing, a purse, wallet and its contents, phone and medication were reported stolen at 1900 N. Kingshighway.
  • Money was reported stolen at 547 Olive St.
  • A wallet and its contents were reported stolen and a window broken at 6 Village Drive and Sprigg Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 41-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 49-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
