The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Latoya Ann Miller, 28, 1946 Delwin St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for property damage and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of making a false report, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, displaying the license plates of another person and driving while revoked.

* Kassandra Renee Eldridge, 26, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Lee Henry Denyale Davis, 24, 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Dereke Damond Tipler, 31, 308 Lorimier St., Apt. 302, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a traffic offense.

Summonses

* Corey E. Roberts, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close.

* Shawn Allen Blair, 19, of Millersville was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Andrew Michael Grisham, 18, of Kennett, Missouri, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Joyce L. Short, 18, of Caruthersville, Missouri, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Lucas James Van Alden, 18, of St. Louis was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Jacquelyn S. Schiffbaure, no age given, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Gilbert E. Roslen, no age given, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Aaron M. Salinas, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Burglary

* Burglary and damage to a door were reported at 44 N. Henderson Ave.

Thefts

* Personal identification, shoes, sunglasses, money, a watch and a textbook were reported stolen at 2906 Lear Drive.

* A green 1993 Nissan Maxima was reported stolen at 2126 Independence St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* The American Legion reported an enclosed box trailer stolen at 2731 Thomas Drive.

* Stealing, tampering, property damage and trespassing were reported.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device and receiving stolen property were reported.

* Peace disturbance was reported.

* Possession of marijuana and driving while revoked were reported.
