The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Alexander K. Walker, 29, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Jessica J. Maglone, 27, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license.

* Leonard McAdory, 39, 605 Maple St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Warren E. Hodges, 71, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* Harper D. Johnson, 17, 1952 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at The Wet Seal, 3049 William St.

* Eric S. Amyx, 25, 110 N. Park Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

* Asia M. Ellison, 31, of Pittsburg, Ill., was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Shelley R. Minson, 27, of Marion, Ill., was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Brent V. Smith, no age given, of Tamms, Ill., was issued a summons for driving while suspended and failure to drive on right half of the road.

* Jessy L. Williams, 22, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for prohibited acts (noise) and littering from vehicle.

* Doris L. Weimer, no age given, 330 N. Louisiana Ave., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Carol J. Lopez, 39, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Christopher T. Parmer, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Stacy O'Keefe, no age given, 350 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Jordan L. Ledbetter, 24, 807 West Rodney Drive, was issued a summons for illegal dumping.

Thefts

* A stolen check was reported at 160 S. Broadview St.

* Shoplifting was reported at Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive.

* Theft, identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

Property damage

* Property damage and theft were reported at 1021 S. Ellis St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 25 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Trespassing was reported at Clark and Bessie streets.

* Counterfeiting was reported at 3168 William St.

* An animal bite was reported at 502 Louis St.
