DWI

* Jon P. Kitchen, 51, 607 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of robbery.

* Benjamin P. Kight, 37, 701 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing money from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Morgan A. Tate, 20, 2830 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Rodney J. Harris, 31, 513 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Cesar D. Mar, 21, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Steven J. Maxim, 27, of Orlando, Fla., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Two juvenile girls were cited into juvenile court for a peace disturbance.

Summons

* Herb L. Tate, 22, 418 Themis St., received a summons for a child restraint violation.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1436 Rose St.

* A television was reported stolen at 1115 S. Ellis St.

* A handgun was reported stolen at 732 N. Sunset Blvd.

* A Nintendo Wii, fit board, controllers, Nintendo accessories and a laptop were reported stolen at 924 College St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1854 Marietta St.

* A cell phone and credit card were reported stolen at 2019 Woodlawn Ave.

* A debit card and gift card were reported stolen at 1833 Marietta St.

Property damage

* A vehicle's paint was reported damaged at 3439 William St.

* An electrical outlet, carpet, closet doors, towel racks, a smoke alarm, a curtain rod, door locks, mini blinds, Sheetrock and window screens were reported damaged at 51 Hazel St.

Miscellaneous

* A 16-year-old was taken into custody for being beyond parental control.

* A 48-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 43-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 16-year-old was taken into custody for stealing.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
