The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Lisa S. Luechtefeld, 28, of Festus, Missouri, was arrested on a Festus warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property.
• Megan D. Fox, 25, 292 D St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Summonses

• Will Frazier Jr., 40, homeless, was issued a summons for trespassing at Kidd's, 1325 Broadway.
• Sherita L. Sanders, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of marijuana at 3463 Armstrong Drive.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

• Robbery was reported.

Thefts

• License plates were reported stolen from a vehicle at 2105 Derbyshire Lane.
• Theft was reported at 937 Broadway.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at Rust Communications, 325 Broadway.
• Property damage was reported at Chocolate Works, 411 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

• Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
• Identity theft was reported.
• A fireworks violation was reported.
• An animal bite was reported at Saint Francis Medical Center.
