CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

DWI

• Austin L. Bell, 23, 1612 Bessie St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and driving a motorcycle without motorcycle endorsements.

Arrests

• Laquinta R. Rigney, 36, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for fraud-insufficient funds.
• Hershel E. Meyers Jr., 46, of Normandy, Missouri, was arrested on a Cole County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
• Chad V. McElrath, 37, 914 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• Toni L. Gilbert, 37, 612 Locust St., was arrested on a Pulaski County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
• Kaleb D. Starnes, 18, 517 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• Ahmed E.A.A. Thawadi, 22, 1970 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• Lori A. Welker, 41, 2700 Pioneer Drive, Lot 185, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding and improper registration.
• Anthony J.M. Price, 21, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant for attempted rape.
• Cari S. Russo, 35, of Tampa, Florida, was arrested on a Belton, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear on three traffic violations.
• Makalan C. Cleaves, 18, 523 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and possession of a firearm.
• Michelle D. Dietrich, 36, 1430 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Chad A. Weatherspoon, 30, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses, on a Chaffee, Missouri, warrant for driving while revoked and on two Scott City warrants for driving while revoked and failure to appear for traffic offenses.
• Sheila N. Mitchell, 51, 150 Parkwood Lake, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

Summonses

• Brittany L. Hassen, 20, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Cato.
• Caleb U. Dakdok, 17, of Venice, Florida, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia, breaking park curfew and possession of marijuana.
• Clayton D.A. Ezell, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia, breaking park curfew and possession of marijuana.
• Joshua D. Rainey, 18, of Glenallen, Missouri, was issued a summons for breaking park curfew and possession of marijuana.
• Nicole E. Voumard, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Raney L. McNeely, no age given, of St. Charles, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Emilie J. Davis, no age given, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for improper lane change.
• Melissa M. Stovall, no age given, of Hillsboro, Missouri, was issued a summons for no proof of insurance.
• Destanie D. Raines, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Richard A. Mueller, no age given, of St. Louis was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Derek P. Voelker, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.

• A chain saw was reported stolen from 338 Christine St.
• Money was reported stolen.

Burglary

• A storage lock was reportedly cut and a TV stolen at 1815 Cape LaCroix Road.

• A vehicle window was reported broken at 418 Themis St.
