DWI
- Austin L. Bell, 23, 1612 Bessie St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and driving a motorcycle without motorcycle endorsements.
Arrests
- Laquinta R. Rigney, 36, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for fraud-insufficient funds.
- Hershel E. Meyers Jr., 46, of Normandy, Missouri, was arrested on a Cole County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
- Chad V. McElrath, 37, 914 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
- Toni L. Gilbert, 37, 612 Locust St., was arrested on a Pulaski County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
- Kaleb D. Starnes, 18, 517 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
- Ahmed E.A.A. Thawadi, 22, 1970 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
- Lori A. Welker, 41, 2700 Pioneer Drive, Lot 185, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding and improper registration.
- Anthony J.M. Price, 21, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant for attempted rape.
- Cari S. Russo, 35, of Tampa, Florida, was arrested on a Belton, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear on three traffic violations.
- Makalan C. Cleaves, 18, 523 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and possession of a firearm.
- Michelle D. Dietrich, 36, 1430 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

- Chad A. Weatherspoon, 30, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses, on a Chaffee, Missouri, warrant for driving while revoked and on two Scott City warrants for driving while revoked and failure to appear for traffic offenses.
- Sheila N. Mitchell, 51, 150 Parkwood Lake, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
