  • Laquinta R. Rigney, 36, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for fraud-insufficient funds.
  • Hershel E. Meyers Jr., 46, of Normandy, Missouri, was arrested on a Cole County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
  • Chad V. McElrath, 37, 914 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
  • Toni L. Gilbert, 37, 612 Locust St., was arrested on a Pulaski County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
  • Kaleb D. Starnes, 18, 517 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
  • Ahmed E.A.A. Thawadi, 22, 1970 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

  • Cari S. Russo, 35, of Tampa, Florida, was arrested on a Belton, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear on three traffic violations.
  • Makalan C. Cleaves, 18, 523 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and possession of a firearm.
