The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Hillary Nicole Lively, 22, 221 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Carlos Moises Coral Escalante, 32, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Eric Solomon Williams, 27, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for following too closely and failure to appear for improper registration and no seat belt.
* Estelle Marie Dakin, 28, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 111, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
* Tristen Denise Lipps, 28, 1743 Lakeshore Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for assault.
* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for shoplifting.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court as a runaway juvenile.
* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court as being beyond parental control.
* Elizabeth A. Lehmann, no age given, of St. Louis was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.
* Brittany N. Baker, no age given, of Wentzville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Property damage and trespassing were reported.
* A window was reported broken at 614 Boxwood Drive.
* B&J Delivery reported a chain-link fence damaged and a four-wheeler and go-cart stolen at 909 Enterprise St.
* Burglary and the theft of a television were reported.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
* Stealing was reported at 3439 William St.
* Plants Plus, 410 East Rodney Drive, reported assorted plants stolen.
* Leather jackets were reported stolen at 833 Merriwether St.
* An iPhone was reported stolen.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A leash-law violation was reported.
