The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Ashley Jones, 28, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement.

* David Boyer, 29, no address given, was arrested on a Webster County, Mo., warrant for fraud.

* John Green, 41, no address given, was arrested on a Dexter warrant for driving while revoked.

* Kevin Warner, 38, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Bobby Milam, 46, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Robert Wilkes of St. Louis was arrested at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., on suspicion of theft.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported at 708 N. Sprigg St.

Thefts

* Theft of coins was reported at 353 Barberry St.

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 606 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Theft was reported at 611 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 353 S. Kingshighway.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 4 N. Spanish St.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 10 S. West End Blvd.

* An incorrigible 14-year-old girl was reported.

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 13 Doctors' Park Drive.
