CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and forgery.
• Alexzandria L. Morgan, 24, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.

Summonses

• Chancellor A. Elfrink, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3049 William St.
• Amy L. Walley, 35, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash-law violation at 1803 N. Main St.
• Nyala D. Mosley, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Danasia M. Pierce, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Robbery

• Robbery and felonious restraint were reported at Sprint, 155 Siemers Drive.

Theft

• Money was reported stolen at 3232 Independence St.

Property damage

• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 813 Illinois Ave.

Miscellaneous

• Unlawful possession of a concealable firearm was reported.
• Trespassing was reported at 622 Broadway.
