* Alexander J. Hoffmeister, 21, 2838 Lear Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

* A subject was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* A subject was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behavior injurious to self or others.

* A subject was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary, stealing and resisting arrest.

* Cody D. Mathena, 33, 1723 Lyndhurst Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Angela F. Park, 33, 2500 Janet Drive, was arrested on suspicion of tampering and stealing.

* Terrell E. Reynolds, 34, 1445 Woodland Drive, Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of tampering and stealing.

* Justine L. Roberts, 25, of Jackson was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failing to appear for following too closely, no proof of insurance and no operator's license.

* Tausha L. Colclasure, 33, 1537 Rand St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and failure to pay fines.

* Keiven S. Cole, 26, 334 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling a controlled substance and a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court for speeding.

* Marchendo A. Simpson, 19, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Nigelle J. Bird, 19, 623 S. Ellis St., was arrest on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and failure to pay fines.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault and armed criminal action.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for shoplifting clothing, electronic goods, printer ink, a knife blade set and a wallet at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Four juveniles were cited into juvenile court for disturbing the peace.

* Chandravadan S. Patel, 66, 1448 N. Kingshighway Blvd., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Russell L. Glaus, 62, of Bridgeton, Mo., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Katherine E. Sackett, no age given, 2804 Themis St., No. 7, received a summons for failure to yield and no proof of insurance.

* Tori A. Ourth, no age given, 3458 Old Route V, received a summons for following too close and no proof of insurance.

* Dorie L. White, 52, Perryville, received a summons for shoplifting at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Rape and forcible restraint were reported.

Burglaries

* A PlayStation and DVD were reported stolen and a door and frame were reported damaged at 11 N. Benton St.

* A cellphone charger and cellphone were reported stolen at 615 Mason St.

* Shoes, a DVD player, television and cash were reported stolen at 1224 S. Pacific St.

Thefts

* Robbery was reported at 1448 N. Kingshighway.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported socks stolen.

* A GPS unit and money were reported stolen at 1725 Georgia St.

* A laptop computer, recharging station and two briefcases were reported stolen at 103 Cape West Parkway.

* A GPS unit and camera were reported stolen at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* A firearm, ammunition clips and a holster were reported stolen at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Jewelry and a check were reported stolen at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* IPods were reported stolen and a vehicle was reported damaged at 2052 Concord Place.

* A gun was reported stolen at 1022 N. Middle St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 70 Broadway.

* A vehicle's driver-side lock was reported damaged at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* A vehicle's driver side lock and door handle were reported damaged at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2187 Chesapeake Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
