Cape Girardeau police report 9/14/17

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Sarah J. Presley, 31, 838 N. Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia at Broadway and Henderson Avenue.

Arrest

• Amanda M. Price, 30, 7 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended license and no insurance.

Summons

• Megan A. Heffner, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia at Independence and North Pacific streets.

Assaults

• Assault was reported in the 1200 block of South Ranney Avenue.
• Assault was reported in the 600 block of Boxwood Drive.
• Assault was reported in the 1500 block of Jane Drive.

Burglary

• Burglary and armed criminal action were reported at 2826 Whitener St.

Theft

• Theft was reported at Win Supply, 480 Commercial Drive.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 1535 W. Cape Rock Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Harassment was reported in the 900 block of South Benton Street.
• Violation of an order of protection was reported in the 2700 block of Lynwood Hills Drive.
