CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Ranulfo Mata Rivera, 44, 116 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while suspended.
• Aaron R. Clark, 56, 520 N. Sprigg St., was arrested at North Kingshighway and Boulder Crest Drive on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Lyric L. Jones, 20, 1060 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested at Keller Avenue and Independence Street on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and dangerous drugs.
• Randy J. Amelunke, 53, of Whitewater was arrested at 2109 William St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Cortney B. Boitnott, 27, 1529 Dunklin St., was arrested at South Sprigg and West Cape Rock Drive on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Jeremy J. Gantt, 34, 1820 Dunklin St., was arrested at 1820 Dunklin St. on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for non-moving traffic violation.
• Joseph A. King, 30, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at South Sprigg Street and West Cape Rock Drive on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Emily M. Phelps, 28, of Jackson was arrested on South Sprigg Street on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no seat belt.
• Tobia A. Ivie, 48, of Memphis, Tennessee, was arrested at 1701 Lacey St. on a U.S. Marshals warrant for escape.
• Alixes M. Dugger, 24, 1933 Delwin St., No. 6, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
• Michael A. Hill, 24, 1106 Harmony St., was arrested at West End Boulevard and Themis Street on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
• Chiansha V. Westbrook, 26, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested at 2406 William St. on Cape Girardeau warrants for improper registration.
• Misty D. Friga, 40, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing Beats from AT&T, 3363 Gordonville Road.
• Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 54, 121 East Rodney Drive, Apt. G5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

Summons

• Alex E. Keller, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
