Arrests

* Kaileigh D. Sutherland, 23, 320 Frederick St., was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for domestic assault.

Summonses

* Emily R. Lucas, no age given, of Arnold, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.

* Carlos L. Bingham, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Dora J. Pitt, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Lisa K. Boswell, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.

* Jacob A. Canoy, no age given, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to maintain lane.

* Timothy M. McCarthy, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Seth B. Stevens, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Theft

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported alcohol stolen.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

* A window was reported damaged at 806 Themis St.

* Floor tiles were reported damaged at 316 S. Lorimier St. and Morgan Oak Street.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Clayton M. Williams, 18, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor visibly intoxicated.

* Kylee S. Koeppel, 30, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of child kidnapping, first-degree burglary and second-degree assault.

* Justin D. Statler, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of child kidnapping, first-degree burglary and second-degree assault.

* Caleb P. Koeppel, 26, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of child kidnapping, first-degree burglary and second-degree assault.

* Megan L. Kaempfer, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of child kidnapping, first-degree burglary and second-degree assault.

* Thomas Michael L. Yates, 20, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Justin L. Bell, 37, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Martez S. Bell, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for driving while intoxicated.

The Department of Public Safety released the following items.

* Christy L. Smith, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Theft

* A VIZIO flat-screen television was reported stolen from the University Center.
