Cape Girardeau police report 9/14/12

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Steven Charles Seabaugh, 42, 2418 Brookwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for excessive growth of weeds.

* Renee Janelle Schaeffer, 33, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for a non-moving traffic violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges and a 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, failure to drive in a single land and curfew violation.

* Angel Hernandez, 51, of Zeigler, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

Summons

* Sharola L. Moore, 38, 518 S. Frederick St., was issued a summons for not keeping private property free of litter.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* An Illinois license plate was reported stolen at 101 S. Henderson Ave.

* Condenser coils for an air-conditioning unit were reported stolen at Renfroe Heating and Cooling, 2281 Walnut St.

* Liquor was reported stolen at Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1733 Grandview Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Possession with the intention to distribute methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia was reported.

* Harassment was reported.
