  • Brandon J. Barnett, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

  • Thomas R. Kuehn II, 46, 418 S. Benton St., was arrested at 418 S. Benton St. on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for driving while revoked.

Summons

  • Gregory B. Baker, 52, 318 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance at 325 N. Sprigg St.
