The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Eric W. Armstrong, 27, 337 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving through a steady red light, failure to drive on right half of road and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

* Derrick R. Duncan, 47, 716 N. Sprigg St., No. 203, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Tesla S. Kelley, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.

* Shaqwana S. Shelby, 21, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 403, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Robert E. Krerowicz, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.

* Harper D. Johnson, no age given, 1952 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing, resisting arrest and property damage.

* Michael A. Stewart, 25, 125 Buffalo Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
