* Derrick R. Duncan, 47, 716 N. Sprigg St., No. 203, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Tesla S. Kelley, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.
* Shaqwana S. Shelby, 21, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 403, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle.
* Robert E. Krerowicz, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
