The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Aaron Patrick Gross, 25, 1306 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield, no signal and no insurance.

Arrests

* Robert Shane Burden, 35, of Whitewater was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear and on a Scott County warrant for probation violation for domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* William Ted Vinson, 38, homeless, was arrested on a Herculaneum, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Tonya Denise Adams, 19, 421 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Jordan Tyler Beeson, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charge of domestic assault.

* Mychol Denise Anderson, 19, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for harassment.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Two counts of domestic assault were reported.

* Medication was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 1300 Dunklin St.

* A rifle, magazine rounds, CD player and credit card were reported stolen at 2863 Whitener St.

* A driver's side door lock was reported damaged at 3010 Aspen Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia was reported.

* A 42-year-old woman was held for mental observation.
