  • Haley J. Schabbing, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.

DWI

  • Michael L. Matthews, 52, of Olive Branch, Mississippi, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Miguel S. Navarro, 52, 3035 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.
  • Joseph R. Kirlets, no age given, of Waterloo, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and underage drinking.

  • Domestic assault was reported.

  • A stethoscope was reported stolen and property damaged at 2061 Pear Tree Court.
  • A computer, Nintendo DS and school book were reported stolen from 717 N. Missouri St.
  • A laptop was reported stolen at 1739 Pemiscot St.
  • A 2005 gray Nissan Titan with no plates was reported stolen from 816 Themis St.
  • Theft was reported at the Cape Girardeau County Health Department, 1121 Linden St.

Burglary

  • Burglary and theft of a TV, Xbox and games were reported at 807 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

  • Trespassing was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
  • A peace disturbance was reported.
  • Counterfeiting was reported at Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd.
  • A 17-year-old boy was taken into protective custody.
