The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Tinesha M. Barnes, 23, 308 W. Lorimier St., No. C101, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Paul E. Miller, 24, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Tina M. Watson, 40, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of interference with custody.
* Eric W. Armstrong, 27, 337 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting or interfering with arrest.
* David C. Kilhafner, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for property damage.
* Chad R. Henley, 27, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for stealing.
* Mikel Chalmers, 30, 1325 Price Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Sierra K. Prater, 24, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Jamie H. Parker, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
* Gary W. Proffer, 38, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention.
* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
* A robbery was reported.
* Careless and imprudent driving, failure to display plates, no helmet and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle were reported at North Sprigg Street and Normal Avenue.
* Forgery was reported at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
* Forgery was reported at 2852 Independence St.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Damon A. Washington, 19, of St. Louis was issued a summons for assault at Towers West.
* Sexual assault was reported on campus.
* Sexual assault was reported on campus.
* Cash and a Motorola Atrix HD were reported stolen at the Aquatic Center.
