The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court for damage to jail property.

* Lydia L. Lockridge, 23, 229 N. Henderson Ave, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Ashleigh C. Brock, 25, 2564 Lisa Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a credit card.

* Corey J. Harris, 28, 203 S. Lorimier St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Robert D. Garrity, 33, address not given, was arrested on suspicion of violating an order of protection.

* Byron K. Ayers, 42, 1902 Sapphire Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

Summons

* Kara L. Schlosser, 24, 905 S. Ellis St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds, trash and litter.

Thefts

* A theft of lighters was reported at Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St.

* A theft was reported at 1953 Delwin St.

* A theft of a debit card was reported at 1812 Delwin St.

* An animal theft was reported.

* An Xbox 2 and PlayStation 2 were reported stolen at 207 S. Sprigg St.

* Tampering was reported at 2402 Masters Drive.

* A 39-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
