  • Brigit K. Moore, 22, 150 Enclave Circle, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Arrests

  • Curtis D. Holt, 36, 401 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of a violation of an order of protection.
  • Brittany A. Cook, 20, 2721 Hawthorne Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.
  • Cassandra L.Russell, 23, 911 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer and stealing clothing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Carla G. Moit, 25, 911 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A juvenile was in custody pending formal charges of stealing a bicycle.
  • Melvin Earl Jones, 57, 312 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 304, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Stephon Clayton Keith, 18, 1514 Jessica Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to appear for no proof of insurance.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of a violation of an order of protection.
  • Jacob A. Canoy, 24, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage.
  • Kelbie B. Rodgers, 22, of Jackson was arresed on suspicion of false declaration and no headlights.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, first-degree trafficking drugs, distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, failure to signal and displaying the plates of another.

  • Kevin M. Davis, 54, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Amanda L. Ward, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and armed criminal action.
  • Joshua C. Benefield, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration.
  • Johnnie L. Patterson, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation, resisting and interfering with an arrest.
