The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Tammy D. Gant, 38, 1123 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of child abuse.

* Jesse A. Pulley, 36, 4309 Route W, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Joseph A. Harrison, 27, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Charles J. Tauser, 55, 316 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 11, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for indecent exposure.

* Daniel P.H. Gause, 26, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for violation of an order of protection.

* Shametra Scheffer, 27, 116 N. Spring St., Apt. 13, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Malynda T. Siebert, 22, 1565 Trenton St., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Brooke T. Glaus, 22, of Kelso, Mo., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Deeanna R. Klee, no age given, 848 County Road 635, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Colton V. Edwards, no age given, 3610 Engram St., was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane.

* Hunter T. Wilcox, no age given, 2301 Lombardo St., was issued a summons for violation of steady red traffic signal.

* Morganne B. Kennedy, 20, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Joseph S. Haskell, 53, 2523 Masters Drive, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Assaults

Thefts

* Tires and front and rear windshields on a vehicle were reported damaged at 130 Vantage Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported on South Ellis Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported.

* A 42-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Resisting or interfering with arrest/pedestrian in the street was reported.
