CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Donald Lee Magee, 42, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Christopher Allen Martin, 32, 318 N. Sprigg St., No. 102, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for nonsupport, failure to appear for property damage, failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to appear for assault.

* Jesse Rahhem Glover, 31, 1018 S. Pacific St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for fraud.

Summons

* Johnny Lee Ayers Jr., 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and failure to show proof of insurance.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of two televisions were reported.

* Red Star Baptist Church reported a gas tank and gasoline stolen.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Assist other agency was reported.
