The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Frank F. Fuchs, 52, of Cedar Hills, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of invasion of privacy.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* Paula M. Stewart, 56, 1118 Cousin St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and marijuana.

* Michael E. Cox, 50, 1118 Cousin St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and marijuana.

* Willie V. Brownlee, 26, 1118 Cousin St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia and making a false report.

* Elvuante D. Bland 19, 1019 Cape Hills Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Randall D. Brown, 51, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for shoplifting at 535 Siemers Drive.

* Latoya Whitaker, 29, 1005 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for shoplifting.

* Austin M. Alexander, 21, of Jackson was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Matthew R. Holshouser, 455 Green Acres Drive, was issued a summons for following too close.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

* Property damage, trespassing and stealing from a vehicle were reported at 2711 Thomas Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 39-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.
