The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Todd A. Bradley, 45, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
* Mary E. Wallace, 20, 312 W. Lorimier St., Apt. B1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.
* Joshua A. Carter, 37, 333 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, failure to maintain right half of road and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of violation of an order of protection.
* Darrin S. Penny, 19, 840 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Robert C. Frish, 23, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for failure to appear for stolen property.
* Tyrone L. Hamilton, 24, 333 N. Frederick St., Apt. 203, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for possession.
* Michelle K. Burmeister, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Christina A. Steffens, 44, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Ricky Scott, 30, 913 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
* Shawn D. Coots, 45, 838 Rodney Vista Blvd., received a summons for a business operating unlicensed.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A robbery was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* License plates were reported stolen at 105 Clark Ave.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 223 S. Ellis St.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a fishing rod and water filters stolen.
* Tampering with a victim/witness was reported.
* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

* An electric water pump and hand tools were reported stolen at 610 Washington Ave.
