* Jackie D. McDonald, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.

* Jared A. Mungle, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for improper turn.

* Stephen N. Wiggs, no age given, was issued a summons for no proof of insurance.

Theft
