  • Wesley S. Myers, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
  • A 16-year-old boy was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
  • Bruce L. Blakley, 34, of Grand Tower, Illinois, was issued a summons for receiving stolen property.

  • Domestic assault was reported.
