Cape Girardeau police report 8/30/16

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Pablo D. Bartolini, 34, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at North Main Street and Park Avenue.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of DWI at North Main Street and Park Avenue.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and distribution at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Charges of possession of a controlled substance and felony fleeing were pending against a suspect at Highway 177 and Lexington Avenue.

Summonses

• Crystal Hatcher, no age or address given, was issued summonses for no driver's license and possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana at Main and Mill streets.

Burglary

• First-degree burglary and stealing were reported at 317 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

• Found property was reported.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported in the 1000 block of Maple Street.
• A Pepsi license plate was reported lost at 3800 Business Park Place.
• Two bicycles were reported found at Bertling Street and West End Boulevard.
• A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody at Lorimier and Bellevue streets.
