The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Sylvia J. Hunter, no age given, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
• Amber N. Windisch, 32, 144 S. West End Blvd, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Jonathan N. Lattimore, 42, 536 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
• Steven C. Higgerson, 28, 1820 Vincent Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving around barriers.
• Christopher M. King, 41, 1208 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
• Levon D. Nunley, 27, 624 S. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• David J. Barone, 40, no address given, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

Summonses

• Olivia Gonzales, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for not having proof of insurance and no valid driver's license.
• Herman J. Gardner, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain the right half of the roadway, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to show proof of insurance.

Theft

• Hair dye, sunglasses and deodorant were reported stolen at Dollar General, 1142 N. Kingshighway.

• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 205 Caruthers St.
• Damage to a vehicle was reported at Sailer Roofing, 726 Independence St.
• Broken windows were reported at 37 N. Henderson Ave.
• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 20 S. Henderson Ave.

Miscellaneous

• Two requests for service were reported.
• Two requests for assisting another agency were made.
• A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

• Larry T. Waters, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear for fraud and a Franklin County warrant for violation of a court order.
• Christopher Lee Eskew, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a parole violation for larceny.
• Christina R. Broussard, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
• Misty G. Schenimann, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
