The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Jason Ray Stephens, 21, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with no headlights.

* Justin Kelly Golladay, 26, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no headlights, failure to yield and no insurance.

Arrests

* Anthony L. McGill, 28, 1030 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Matt C. Sullivan, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Andrew Thomas Laxton, 18, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Levi Ross Elledge, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.

* Markquill D. Sproaps, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and making a false declaration.

* Katrina Autumn Lovetto, 23, homeless, was arrested on warrants from St. Charles and Jefferson counties for separate incidents of probation violation.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant for suspicion of failure to appear in court for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, being a runaway, stealing and truancy.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant for suspicion of being an absconder while on parole for stealing, assault and peace disturbance.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* A door was reported damaged as the result of a burglary at 1825 Montgomery St.

* Xbox games were reported stolen as part of a burglary at 1222 Hilldale Circle.

Thefts

* Wendy's, 35 S. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.

* Medication was reported stolen at 422 Bellevue St.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 342 N. Park Ave.

* Medication was reported stolen at 429 N. Frederick Street.

* Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported baby food stolen.

* Personal papers and money were reported stolen at 601 N. Sunset Court.

* A cellphone, money and compact discs were reported stolen and property damaged was reported at 524 Washington Ave.

* Two bicycles were reported stolen at 608 Albert St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reportedly struck by rocks at 2321 Kent Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
