CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Shadrick S.J. Beechem, 20, 4298 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Kelly R. Gause, 29, 620 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

* Jimmy L. Simms, 48, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

* Barry A. Russell, 35, 811 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and improper registration.

* Gary R. Tidwell, 34, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Amy E. Shaw, 34, 2833 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of a laptop, medication and a PlayStation memory card were reported at 105 Clark Ave.

* A burglary, the theft of assorted tools and damage to a garage door were reported at 1923 N. Kingshighway.

* A burglary and theft were reported at 20 N. Main St.

Thefts

* A set of keys was reported stolen at West End Boulevard and Perryville Road.

* An animal was reported stolen.

* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 923 N. Fountain St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Money was reported stolen at 3415 William St.

* Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive, reported shoplifting.

* Theft was reported at 429 N. Frederick St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 801 N. Henderson Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.

* A violation of order of protection was reported.
