* Larry D. Reed, 49, 529 Cape Meadows Circle, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while revoked.
Arrests
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing a motor vehicle.
* Danny S. Pinto, 21, 2824 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of damaging a window and screen.
* William A. Swan, 64, 208 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of heroin possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Dwayne Gibbs, 45, 208 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of heroin and marijuana possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Tara E. Cook, 27, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage.
Summonses
* Timothy L. Mize, no age given, 1110 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Jordan L. Russell, no age given, 3158 County Road 222, was issued a summons for following too close and expired plates.
* Robin L. Beacham, 22, 121 East Rodney Drive, was issued a summons for illegal dumping.
