CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Larry D. Reed, 49, 529 Cape Meadows Circle, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while revoked.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing a motor vehicle.

* Danny S. Pinto, 21, 2824 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of damaging a window and screen.

* William A. Swan, 64, 208 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of heroin possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Dwayne Gibbs, 45, 208 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of heroin and marijuana possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Tara E. Cook, 27, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage.

Summonses

* Timothy L. Mize, no age given, 1110 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Jordan L. Russell, no age given, 3158 County Road 222, was issued a summons for following too close and expired plates.

* Robin L. Beacham, 22, 121 East Rodney Drive, was issued a summons for illegal dumping.

Burglaries

* Burglary and a damaged steel door were reported at 409 West End Blvd.

* Burglary and stealing were reported.

Thefts

* Two bicycles were reported stolen at 723 East Rodney Drive.

* Concrete construction tools and a utility trailer were reported stolen at 63 Doctors' Park Drive.

* License plates were reported stolen at 1410 S. Sprigg St.

* Money was reported stolen at 2507 Abbey Road.

* Stealing of copper wire and property damage were reported at 1311 Jefferson Ave.

* Theft was reported at 3439 William St.

* A guitar and equipment were reported stolen at 1409 Brookshire Drive.

* Abuse of a child and resisting arrest were reported.

* A 24-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
