DWI

* Alex David Dunlap, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while under the influence and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Brittany D. Henry, 22, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending a warrant for stealing at Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway.

Summonses

* Brandon L. Cain, age not given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for first-degree trespassing and soliciting on private property.

* Montez M. Baker, age not given, 505 N. Kingshighway, was issued a summons for property damage.

* Christopher T. Sample, age not given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for first-degree trespassing.

Assault

* A sexual assault was reported.

* Second-degree domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* A wallet and contents of a vehicle were reported stolen at Merriwether and Benton streets.

* A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse was reported stolen at 622 Bellevue St.

Property damage

* A broken window was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

* A window screen was reported damaged at 3110 Themis St.

* Crowe Gallery, 13 S. Spanish St., reported a broken window.
