* Ricky O. Gamble Jr., 25, of Mounds Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for rape and sodomy.

* William G. Beggs, 25, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of theft at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Nellie A. Barnett, 41, 1739 Dunklin St., Apt. B, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for failure to comply.

* Subjects were in custody pending formal charges of assault and theft at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
