DUIs

* Roger Wayne Poole, 25, 429 S. Benton St., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence, driving with a revoked license and stealing.

* Christopher Clayton Brown, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence and speeding.

Arrests

* Christopher Dale Nichols, 18, 2021 Kenneth Drive, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of burglary and stealing.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of trespassing.

* Melissa Anne Winchester, 40, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Montez M. Baker, 34, 505 N. Kingshighway, No. 213, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* James E. Howell, 52, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Roy A. Johnson, 25, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Saline County, Ill., warrant.

* Jesus R. Aguirre, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant.

Summonses

* Corey Gregory Gableman, 24, 500 Louis St., was issued a summons for assault.

* Gwendolyn S. Rogers, 47, of Zalma, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lanes and leaving the scene of an accident.

* April R. Ross, 26, 414 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Gina L. Stephens, 23, of Florissant, Mo., was issued a summons for property damage at 5 Village Drive.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported.

Thefts

* Domino's Pizza, 1028 N. Sprigg St., reported garlic butter stolen.

* A tool kit was reported stolen at 2134 Independence St.

* Clothing and food were reported stolen at 330 Siemers Drive.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 1037 N. Middle Street.

* A purse was reported stolen at 335 N. Kingshighway.

* A key switch, fuel, jake break, valve cover and oil pan were reported stolen at 2150 Bessie St.
